We started this company after the birth of our twin boys. I suddenly became increasingly more conscious of the food I was feeding my family. Armed with that curiosity, my love of food, and the opportunity to work with a seasoned herbalist, Green Cuisine was born. I wanted to put the fun back into cooking and entertaining, and doing that meant making things a little simpler in the busy life of this stay-at-home mom.
